Before you cancel.
Explorer renews through Apple
Apple shows the current billing period, renewal date and price. Turn off renewal in Apple subscription settings before the renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue.
Paid time remains available
Turning off renewal normally leaves access in place until the end of the period already paid for. Apple displays the relevant expiry information.
Destination Passes do not renew
A Destination Pass provides access for its stated validity period in the destination selected at purchase. It is separate from the recurring Explorer subscription.
Account deletion is separate
Deleting a Vandro account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Complete both actions if you want to end renewal and remove your account.
Purchases and refunds
Need help with a charge?
Apple handles App Store payments and refunds, so Vandro cannot issue a refund directly. Ask Apple about a charge or refund. If Apple shows the purchase but Vandro does not, contact us with the non-sensitive purchase details.
