What happens next

We'll make sure it's really you.

  1. Email from your account address.The link opens your email app with the right subject. Send it from the address you use for Vandro where possible.
  2. Verify your account.We may ask for enough information to confirm the account and prevent someone else making a request for you.
  3. Confirm a deletion.If you ask us to delete your account, we'll ask you to confirm before we do it.
  4. Hear back from us.We'll acknowledge your request and tell you what happens next, how long it should take or what else we need.
